2.6 Billion AED in Dubai Real Estate Sales at the Start of the Week

On Monday, the total value of Dubai’s real estate transactions reached 3.36 billion AED, resulting from 1,078 transactions, according to data from the Dubai Land Department’s website.
- Sales amounted to 2.62 billion AED across 85 deals, which included:
- 693 residential units.
- 78 buildings/villas.
- 79 plots of land.
- Meanwhile, mortgages totaled 536 million AED through 186 transactions, comprising:
- 197 residential apartments.
- 24 buildings/villas.
- 35 plots.
- Additionally, gifts amounted to 200 million AED from 42 transactions, including 36 residential apartments and 6 plots.
