Since the start of 2024, one-bedroom apartments have dominated Dubai’s real estate market, accounting for 36.6% of total sales with 51,182 transactions valued at AED 94.8 billion, according to data from Property Monitor.
Two-bedroom units ranked second with 32,236 deals (23%) worth AED 59.6 billion, followed by studios with 23,313 deals (16.7%) valued at AED 43.3 billion.
Three-bedroom apartments came next, totaling 15,654 transactions (11.2%) at AED 29 billion.
Four-bedroom units had 12,921 sales (9.2%) worth AED 23.8 billion, while five-bedroom apartments recorded 3,610 deals (2.6%) valued at AED 6.7 billion.
Finally, six-bedroom units saw 795 transactions (0.6%) totaling AED 1.55 billion.
In total, residential sales (including apartments and villas) reached AED 259 billion over the first 10 months of the year, comprising 59.4% of Dubai’s overall real estate sales of AED 436 billion.
